ACT Packets are available in Student Services Office. ACT test scores
are not required for admissions to NMSU Carlsbad but are accepted. ACTs are
REQUIRED for the Nursing Program.

Change of Address can be completed online at
https://my.nmsu.edu/cp/home/displaylogin. You must first login using your
account information. Once logged in, select the "Student and Financial Aid" tab,
choose "Banner Self-Service", then "Personal Information" folder, then "Update
Addresses and Phones".
Change of Major and Change of Status Forms - A Change of Major
is required to change from one program of study to another. A Change of
Status is required to change from non-degree to degree-seeking status (this
status is required for financial aid and veteran's benefits). There is a
deadline to complete a Change of Status, which is published in the Schedule of
Classes for the semester.
Change of Name Form - For currently enrolled students, this form is
required when a student's name has been legally changed.
Lost and Found Items - If you believe you have lost any item(s) on
this campus, the NMSU Carlsbad Business Office (Room 108) maintains an area for these items.
Student Health Insurance is available to
NMSU Carlsbad students. There are
two plans to choose from: The
Sentry Student Security Plan (E.J. Smith & Associates, Inc.) and
Student
Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan (Student Resources) [this one is also
available to NMSU-Las Cruces students]. Information on these plans is
also available in the Student Services Office.
Unofficial Student Transcripts are available in Student Services
Office. These can be used for advising and the student's own personal use.
